Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation, Subscription & Pre-Order Policy

Some products on our website may be offered as standard purchases, subscriptions, or pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds work for each type of order.


Order Cancellations (Standard Orders)

Orders may be canceled at any time before they are shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@diamalfi.com as soon as possible so we can assist before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, eligibility for a return or refund will be determined in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

  • Payment information is stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery unless a prepaid option is selected.

  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their selected term.

  • You may change, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing date.

If a subscription order has not yet shipped, it may be canceled. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and refund eligibility will be evaluated according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Subscriptions can be managed using the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at support@diamalfi.com.


Pre-Orders

By placing a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or scheduled for future release.

  • We may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout and store your payment method to charge any remaining balance once the item is ready to ship.

  • Pre-orders that have not yet been fulfilled or shipped may be canceled.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. At that point, return or refund eligibility will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
