We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the full product purchase price. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement items.
Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
