Shipping Policy
At DIAMALFI, we aim to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible while keeping our customers informed every step of the way.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as carrier delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@diamalfi.com.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. DIAMALFI is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
DIAMALFI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly or checking with neighbors or your local post office.
If you believe your package may be lost in transit, please contact us at support@diamalfi.com, and we will assist in investigating the issue.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. If a refund is approved under our Return & Refund Policy, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
